1. Refunds Policy

• No refunds if cancellation is requested within 14 days of the program start date.
• Refunds before the 14-day window will incur a $150 USD administration fee; the remaining balance will be reimbursed.
• Cohorts are tailored for participant success; payments must continue as scheduled, even if you’re unable to participate.
• Two additional coaching hours are offered if you’re not progressing as expected. (Bootcamp Only) 
• Chargeback attempts after registration may result in an additional $100 USD fee.

2. Course Pausing and Re-enrollment

• Students who have paid in full may pause their studies and re-enroll in any cohort of their choice within 12 months of registration. This policy allows for flexibility to complete the course at a more convenient time without restrictions.

3. Payments Breakdown

• Agile Project Management Bootcamp Beginner  and Project Management Bootcamp – Advanced: $4,000 USD
• 12 Key Campaign Essentials Masterclass and Technical Leadership Blueprint: $1,100 USD
• Applying Professional Kanban (APK) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification: $1,200 USD each
  
  
• These fees can be paid:
  • Upfront in one payment, or
  • In installments via Affirm or Klarna, with options available for 6, 12, or 24 months. These payment plans are subject to approval by the respective payment provider.

4. Free First Week

• We provide a free first week to Bootcamp participants, allowing them to immerse themselves in the program before committing to payments. If you wish to take advantage of a discount, you may choose to pay during this free period.

5. Commitment to Success

• We are deeply committed to your success, and you will receive high-quality resources, support, and guidance throughout the program. However, your success ultimately depends on the effort and dedication you put into the program. You must complete assignments, actively participate, and engage fully with the course materials to achieve the best results.

6. Dedication to Training Individuals in Need

• 5% of all Skilldemie tuition will be dedicated to providing Agile Project Management training to individuals in need, through partnerships with local shelters and non-profit organizations. Our goal is to provide 100 free trainings by 2027.

7. Flexible Payment Options

• Skilldemie offers flexible payment options via AfterPay or Klarna, allowing students to spread the cost of the program over 6, 12, or 24 months. These payment plans are subject to approval by the respective payment provider.
